When you woke up this morning, you knew that something was already missing from your day, didn’t you? What you didn’t realize is that it was these photos of baby pandas at a real-life panda daycare facility in China.
The Chengdu Research Base is dedicated bolstering the world’spanda population, and one way they do that is to provide round-the-clock care to a legion of baby pandas. Female pandas don’t breed often, so it’s quite rare to have so many baby pandas in one place.
Luckily for us, where there are piles of panda pups, there are cameras.
There is a legit panda nursery where all the baby pandas snooze together in one giant crib.
Here, they get tucked in for good night’s sleep by their wonderful caretakers.
The next morning, it’s play time!
It’s a fact that pandas love to wrestle on rocking horses…
…before riding away in the snow!
Meal time is very important on the base. Pandas love to eat.
Oh, and nap. Did we mention pandas love napping?
What’s better than one panda? Two pandas hugging each other, obviously.
