When then-15-year-old Julia Vins joined her local gym, she did so for a different reason than just fitness.
She had a very delicate face and features, and throughout childhood, she felt like her appearance didn’t match who she was inside.
Soon after joining the gym, a local bodybuilding coach saw something special inside her and began training her.
As you will see, the progress she’s made is nothing short of jaw-dropping, and her accomplishments in powerlifting speak for themselves.
Because of my facial features, people have always said I look like a doll. And I was a good, academic girl for so many years. I studied music, was well-read, participated in various school competitions and was skilled at art, Julia said.
But I never felt like I had any particular objective in life. My body was not in harmony with my soul it wasnt the right one for me.
Julia’s coach first noticed her when she was 15, and he saw a lot of potential. Now, it’s safe to say she’s utilizing that potential to the fullest.
She trains four times per week…for 3-5 hours per session.
Her diet is all for fuel and mass, consisting of chicken, eggs, cheese, brown rice, and vegetables. It’s not fun, but it’s helping her accomplish her goals.
